1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any App Homie application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.
2. Description of Services
App Homie provides mobile applications including WFH Buddy, Legacy Voice, StoryForge, Karma Cleanser, SubTrack, and Splitzy. Each app has specific features described on its store listing.
Age Restrictions
StoryForge is rated 18+ and contains mature content. All other apps require users to be 13 or older.
3. User Accounts
Some features require account creation via Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or guest access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
4. User-Generated Content
Apps like StoryForge and Karma Cleanser allow you to create content. You retain ownership of your content. By using our apps, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content within the app. You are solely responsible for content you create.
5. Intellectual Property
App Homie and all associated branding, designs, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their components.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Some apps offer premium features via subscriptions or one-time purchases. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: reverse engineer our apps, use them for illegal purposes, harass other users, or attempt to access other users' data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
